We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to source the freshest ingredients and bake your order to perfection. For custom or large orders, 2-3 days notice is appreciated.
Yes, rush orders may be available depending on our schedule. Rush orders may incur an additional fee. Please contact us directly to check availability and discuss the rush fee for your specific order.
For standard orders, no deposit is required — you pay at pickup. For large orders, custom designs, or event cakes, a deposit may be required to confirm your order. We'll discuss deposit details when you place your order.
We accept Cash and GCash at pickup. For deposits on large orders, GCash is preferred. We do not currently accept credit cards or online payments.
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate. However, please note that our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and gluten. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have severe allergies, please discuss this with us before ordering.
Our pickup hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. The exact pickup location in Handumanan Zone 9 will be shared with you after you place your order.
